February 2025 – Mass import
To simplify day-to-day management on your ENI administration console, the following features will be available on 17 February:
Mass import of learners via flat file for creation or modification:
- Download an optimised template to create or modify learners in bulk
- Import up to 2000 lines at a time
- Easy to correct thanks to colour coding and detailed alerts in the import tool

February 2025 – Maintenance operation
As part of a maintenance operation to improve the security and continuity of service of our infrastructure, we would like to inform you that we must schedule two service interruptions on the following dates:
- Tuesday 18 February 6 AM to 8 AM (UTC+0)
- Tuesday 4 March 6 AM to 8 AM (UTC+0)
IMPACT.- During these periods, the following services and sites will be temporarily unavailable:
- The ENI Online Shop
- The ENI elearning site
- The ENI administration console
- The ENI-Training-Portal
December 2024 – SCORM optimisation
To make it easier to monitor your learners, they will no longer have to leave the ENI environment via the ‘ save and exit ’ button for the data to be uploaded to your LMS.
Our latest developments will also enable you to track status, scores, progress and, above all, time even more accurately.

Any SCORM catalogue published after January 1st, 2021 will automatically be updated.
NB: for SCORMs published before January 2021, learners will still have to use the ‘ save and exit ’ button to upload their results to the LMS platform used. You can also extract the relevant SCORMs again via your ENI administration console to integrate them into your LMS platform in order to benefit from the update. March 2024 – Mass-publish of “Training Certificates”
As we are always aiming to satisfy our community of admins and learners, we have added a new feature to your reporting space: the mass-publish of “Training Certificates”.
With a few simple clicks, download a zip folder with all the available certificates (learners having achieved the minimum required progress), or with a selection of certificates.
To do so, open your reporting space which provides two options:
- “All certificates” to download all the available certificates,
- Or, “Custom selection” to select the required certificates.
A zipped folder named “Training Certificates” will download to your device, in the location defined in your admin console. This folder will contain one zip per domain, itself containing one zip per group, which in turn contains the PDFs of your learners’ Training Certificates.
