ENI offers a pre-training assessment in order to assign the right course to each person.
This is an adaptive and interactive MEDIAplus elearning™ assessment available for the Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
The assessment is carried out online and the user is automatically assigned the most appropriate training for their level of proficiency: this will help them acquire the skills they need.
The learner can start the training immediately after completing the assessment, without having to do anything else.
